Who this is

Moxie is a team of real estate agents affiliated with Compass Real Estate, at 2350 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL 60614. Anything on this page can be asked about at [email protected].

This site has no form on it

Nothing on this website asks for your name, your email address, or anything else about you, and there is nothing here to submit. You can read every page without telling us who you are.

Where the buttons take you

Every "Start with Moxie" button, and every agent on the roster, opens an intake form hosted somewhere else. Most are on Jotform. One agent's leads to her own website.

Once you are on one of those forms you are dealing with that service and that agent rather than with this site, and what you enter there is handled under their privacy practices, not this page. Most of the agent forms are run by the individual agents rather than by Moxie as a team.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used — roughly how many people visit, which sections they read, and which links they click. It sets cookies in your browser and collects your IP address, your device and browser type, an approximate location no finer than a city, and the pages you look at.

We use it to make the site better. We do not use it to work out who you are, we do not combine it with anything else, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone besides Google, who process it for us. Google describe their own handling at policies.google.com/privacy.

Apart from analytics, this site loads no third-party content: the fonts and photographs come from our own domain, and there are no advertising cookies or embedded trackers.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps standard request logs — including IP addresses — to keep the site up and to defend it from attack.

Your choices

You can block or clear cookies in your browser, or install Google's opt-out add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works exactly the same either way — nothing here depends on being measured.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.

Changes to this page

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top changes too.
